My Bath Time Line-Up

Hooray for the secret of easing tired muscles, Epsom salt – if you haven’t tried them, you must. Sprinkle a cup in your bath about once a week. I get mine from Amazon. The magnesium in them is easily absorbed into the muscles and it works wonders on aches and pains.

My two Liz Earle favourites, the ‘Cleanse and Polish’ cleans my skin beautifully – I’ve been an avid user for a while now. The ‘Deep Cleansing Mask’ with green clay and manuka honey helps correct my 30-something-ever-expanding-pores. Pores are a problem for me. I tend to come to a startling realisation that they are rather large in places like Topshop changing rooms (where I shouldn’t even be as their clothes definitely stopped suiting me 10 years ago) – every rogue 1cm+ chin hair and pore will show up in all its glory under those bright youth-loving (and might I add, slimming) lights.

Next up, I couldn’t live without (bit dramatic, I probably could…but I wouldn’t want to), The White Company Seychelles bath and shower gel, which transports me back to salty vanilla sweet Summer days on the beach.

Then for something stronger, the King of all face exfoliators, the Space NK Dr Lancer polish comes out every few days for a super clean. Be careful not to scrub too hard, it’s very effective and your face could well come off… It’s part of a 3-step process which is divine if you feel like splashing out at Space NK (a.k.a Payday).
